Clyde Taylor Ellis (born December 21, 1908) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Arkansas. Representing Arkansas’s 3rd Congressional District, he served as a U.S. Representative for two terms, from January 3, 1939, to January 3, 1943. During this period, Ellis was part of the Democratic Party’s congressional delegation at the federal level.

Ellis’s tenure in Congress placed him among the historical members of the U.S. House of Representatives from Arkansas in the late 1930s and early 1940s.
