Clyde Cecil Holloway (born November 28, 1943) is a former American politician who represented Louisiana in the United States House of Representatives. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the U.S. Representative for Louisiana’s 8th Congressional District. Holloway entered Congress at the start of the 100th Congress on January 6, 1987, and served through January 3, 1993, completing three terms in office.

During his tenure, Representative Holloway was part of the Republican delegation from Louisiana at a time of political transition in the state and the broader South. Serving in the House for six years, he represented the interests of the 8th District at the federal level, participating in the legislative work of Congress. Holloway left office at the conclusion of his third term in 1993 and is recognized as a historical member of Congress from Louisiana.
