Floyd James Fithian (born November 3, 1928) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Indiana. He represented Indiana’s 2nd Congressional District, serving four terms in Congress. His tenure in the U.S. House began on January 14, 1975, and concluded on January 3, 1983.
