James Paul Maher (born November 3, 1865) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from New York. He represented New York’s 7th Congressional District and served as a federal legislator during the early twentieth century. Identified in congressional records under the bioguide ID M000063, Maher’s public career places him among the historical members of Congress from New York.
