Oliver Harlan Cross (born July 13, 1868) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Texas. He represented Texas’s 11th congressional district and served as a federal legislator during the late 1920s and 1930s. His tenure in Congress places him among the historical members who helped shape national policy during the interwar period.

Cross began his service in the U.S. House of Representatives on April 15, 1929. He served four terms as a Representative for Texas’s 11th district, remaining in office until January 3, 1937.
