Raymond Smiley Springer (born April 26, 1882) was a Republican politician who represented Indiana in the United States House of Representatives. Serving as a member of Congress from Indiana’s 10th congressional district, he held office as a U.S. Representative for a decade, from January 3, 1939, to January 3, 1949. Over the course of his congressional service, Springer completed five terms in the House.
