Robert Louis Leggett (born July 26, 1926) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from California. He represented California’s 4th Congressional District and served eight terms in Congress. His tenure in the U.S. House began on January 9, 1963, and concluded on January 3, 1979.
