Stanley Roger Tupper (born January 25, 1921) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from the state of Maine. He represented Maine’s 1st Congressional District and served three terms in Congress. His tenure in the U.S. House began on January 3, 1961, and concluded on January 3, 1967.

During this period, Tupper served as a Representative for Maine in the early 1960s, a time of significant national political and social change. Identified in congressional records by the bioguide ID T000411, he was part of the Republican Party delegation in the House. After leaving office in 1967, he held no further recorded congressional role, and he is regarded as a historical former member of Congress from Maine.
