Richard Campbell, also known as Dick, is a Republican politician from Maine, who serves as the state representative for District 19. He assumed office on December 7, 2022. His current term ends on December 4, 2024.

Campbell is a retired veteran who served in the Maine Air National Guard during the Vietnam War. He is also a business owner who runs Dick Campbell LLC, a design and build company. He lives in Orrington, Maine, with his wife. He has three children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Campbell is the ranking member of the Taxation Committee. He previously served in the Maine House of Representatives from 2013 to 2021, and was a member of the Environment and Natural Resources Committee and the Ethics Committee. He is passionate about lowering taxes, reducing regulations, and increasing local control. He is also a supporter of veterans, seniors, and rural communities.
