Ross Fitzgerald is an American politician who is a Republican member of the Montana House of Representatives. He has represented the 17th district since 2017. He was born in 1949 in Great Falls, Montana and currently resides in Fairfield, Montana.

Fitzgerald has served in the Montana House in 2017, 2019, 2021, and 2023. His current term ends on January 6, 2025. He has been assigned to various committees including the Business and Labor Committee, Fish, Wildlife and Parks Committee (which he chaired), and the House Natural Resources Committee.

He has also sponsored several legislations, including revising the Montana wheat & barley checkoff program, increasing appropriation to MSU Fire Service Training School, revising yield – slow down – move over laws, and revising service contract laws related to motor vehicles and theft.
