Kelly Eugene Hastings (born June 16, 1961) is a Republican member of the North Carolina House of Representatives. He has represented the 110th district, which includes constituents in Gaston and Cleveland counties, since 2011.

Hastings is a small business owner with over 20 years of experience in real estate and more than 40 years of experience in the private sector. He also served as a Congressional aide, focusing on military and veterans’ issues.
