Lilibeth “Lilly” Rosas Vargas was elected Representative of District 19 of Mayagüez and San Germán to the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, for the Popular Democratic Party (PPD), in the 2024 general elections.

He is spokesperson for the PPD in the following chamber commissions: Cooperative Commission, Western Region Commission and Small and Medium Enterprises Commission (SMEs).

Born in Mayagüez. Married to the Ex – Representative of District 19 and Ex – Judge Atty. Efraín De Jesús, mother of Valeria Cristina and Armando Enrique. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Human Resources and several professional Coach Career and Conflict Mediation certifications.

Lilly Rosas has an extensive career of more than 25 years in public service. Serving in various roles within the Department of Labor and Human Resources (Labor Law Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (PROSHA), Anti-Discrimination Unit) and the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (Labor Development Program).

She is active visiting communities and public and private entities in her district to address their needs.
