David B. Hawk (born June 21, 1968) is an American politician. He has served as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives since 2002, representing the 5th district. His district includes Unicoi County and parts of Greene County.

Background and Education:

• Hawk attended Tusculum College.
• In 1990, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from East Tennessee State University.
• He furthered his education by attending the John F. Kennedy School of Government Senior Executive Program for State and Local Government at Harvard University in 2006.
