Tara Nethercott is an American politician and a Republican member of the Wyoming Senate representing District 4 since January 10, 2017. She is a practicing attorney in Cheyenne. Her advocacy for the businesses and people of Wyoming has continued as a committed community member and state senator. Nethercott was elected to the Wyoming Senate in 2016 from Laramie County, and she currently serves as the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman. As a 5th generation Wyomingite, her Wyoming roots run deep, and she believes in smaller government and strong business.
