Steven Boghos Derounian (born April 6, 1918) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from New York. He represented New York’s 3rd Congressional District and served six consecutive terms in Congress. His tenure in the U.S. House began on January 3, 1953, and concluded on January 3, 1965.

During his twelve years in office, Derounian served as a Representative at the federal level, participating in the legislative work of the House on behalf of his New York constituents. As a member of the Republican Party, he was part of the congressional delegation during a period marked by significant national and international developments in the mid-twentieth century. After leaving office in 1965, he was regarded as a former member of Congress from New York.
