Wingate Hezekiah Lucas (born May 1, 1908) was a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives from Texas. He represented Texas’s 12th Congressional District and served four consecutive terms in Congress. His tenure in the U.S. House began on January 3, 1947, and concluded on January 3, 1955.

During his time in office, Lucas served as a Representative for Texas at the federal level in the post–World War II era, participating in the legislative work of the House over an eight-year period.
